I stopped paying my morgaged since 2004, the NHMFC sent us a notice of condonation for dec. 2012 …. but the officer in charge gave us an option,,,they told us that it is better to file a foreclosure for us to minimize the cost of the house rather than restructuring, but we have to use other names…my question is….can i sell this and named it to the person who will buy this property, and if possible can I ask them 50% deposit while the forecloure is still on the process? thanx..MORE POWER TO YOUR SITE!!
