It was a learning experience from me at the same time optimistic on the outlook of our economic perspective especially on the real estate and property sector. Although we do not have figure as of 2009. It was estimated that 4.7% increase in the prices of real estate back in 2008 but still real estate sector remained resilient in terms of this. Unfortunately, the real estate broker licensure exams have been postponed as I have mentioned in my post about the <a href="http://www.foreclosurephilippines.com/2009/07/real-estate-service-act-resa-signed-into-law-real-estate-brokerslicensure-exam-postponed.html" rel="nofollow">RESA LAW</a>. I guess we will all have to wait for the implementing rules and regulations of the new law to comeout so that we'll know exactly the new requirements in order to become a licensed real estate broker.
