the banks and financial institutions are protected by such a high min. bid. How can u support a so protected system that only favors the banks .And then u get to finance at 12%,,,,prime is 3%. that’s like sticking a gun to the buyers head,,,,,but u got a really good deal and the bank never lost any money….
how can u call this foreclosure property, or vechiles. everything has a minumin bid to protect the banks from losing any money,,,,what a scam to the Philippine people.u need to see a real forclosure auction. highest bidder wins and no set reserve min. bid
