I got this from the very friendly and accomodating people of LandBank at the Land Bank booth during the 4th Housing Fair.

Please do take note of the status of each property as some have occupants, while others are on lease and are bank owned properties. There are also a few that have pending court cases, illegal occupants, or have annototations of lis pendens and adverse claims. Personally, I would rather avoid those that are occupied or have pending court cases.

If you have any questions regarding financing terms or any of the properties on the list, please don’t hesitate to contact the contact person as specified on the listing (right most column) using the telephone numbers near the bottom of each page.

Happy Hunting!
