Here are the room assignments for the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam to be held on March 18, 2012. The room assignments I have found so far are for the Manila and Iloilo exam venues.
*Update as of March 16, 2012: The Davao Room Assignments are now available. The remaining venues not yet published are Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Legazpi. I will update this post once these become available.
The room assignments for Manila has 164 pages and contains about 3,400 aspiring real estate brokers, while the room assignments for Iloilo has 6 pages and contains 132 examinees. Please see the complete lists of schools and room assignments below.

Hello, Jay! I’ve been following this site ever since i started in real estate which is just during the 2nd half of 2011, and i have right away subscribed to the same. I’ve downloaded and used your relevant posts in my review in preparation for the March 18 REB Exam… I’ve been recommending you also to my review classmates. Now I can say I’m one of those hopeful and optimistic examinees, despite being among thousands who are disappointed with the conduct of the exam (both in promptness and in substance). And I’m kinda expecting your site to be one of the first to come out with a reaction on said exam (like your blog on the ecology issue of last year) to somehow alleviate the feelings of the examinees. Did I just miss it? Thanks.
Hi Jay! You have a very informative site. I checked with the PRC website and they still haven’t posted schedules for several places. The exam is tomorrow and it’s a weekend (no work for government agencies). Does this mean that we won’t be seeing the scheds for other places?
