Video: Pag-IBIG Special Housing Loan Restructuring 2 explained

Here’s a video of Attorney Aristotle Ang – Officer-In-Charge, Remediation Department, Pag-IBIG Fund, where he explains details about the Special Housing Loan Restructuring 2 program. I found this from a recording of the Housing Fair last October.

December 31, 2021 is the last day to apply online

I believe Pag-IBIG has done a great job with sharing information about the Special Housing Loan Restructuring 2 program during their Housing Fair Last October 2021.

But just in case there are some of you who are not aware of this program, you can still apply online today, December 31, 2021. See link below.

How to get more information/apply online

To get more information and/or apply online, simply go to the following page on the official website of Pag-IBIG:

==> https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/SpecialHLRestructuring2.html

The link to apply online is within the “How to Apply” tab, which will appear as “Click Here To Apply”.

Alternately, here’s a direct link to the page where you can apply for the program:

Will Pag-IBIG extend the Special Housing Loan Restructuring II Program?

It is possible, although it is more likely that they will just have a Part III for this program.

If I find any updates with regard to this, I’ll share them here as well.
