Acquired assets that are not sold during the 1st bidding are included in a 2nd bidding. Based on the minimum bid price on the list, there is a 10% discount. Properties that are not sold in the 2nd bidding will be included in properties under negotiated sale.
Note: The invitation to bid below DOES NOT contain the list of properties because Pag-IBIG has stopped including them. This means there are no downloadable listings. However, I added a link below to the list inside my foreclosed real estate database

Hindi napo ako nag u-update ng listings ng Pag-IBIG. YOu will have to go to Pag-IBIG’s website (https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/OnlinePublicAuction/) and search for your target property to check if available pa, or tawag na lang po kayo sa Pag-IBIG.
