    1. Hi Kaye, naku sorry, hindi ako familiar sa lahat ng pwedeng co-borrower. Ang sure lang ako is ang spouse, pero nung umattend ako ng seminar ng Pag-IBIG (yung required kung mag a-apply ka for housing loan), alam ko pati kamag-anak pwede, hindi lang ako sure sa exact specifics kasi antagal na nun, hindi ko na matandaan, sorry talaga.

      Yes, kung Pag-IBIG foreclosed property, pwedeng pwede thru Pag-IBIG housing loan. Ang pipiliin mong payment mode ay yung long term installment.

When you find a property that you are interested in, you need to do a reasonable amount of due diligence (property inspection to see extent of repairs needed, check if there are any illegal occupants, checking the titles/tax declarations for any problems, etc.).
