Acquired assets that are not sold during the 1st bidding are included in a 2nd bidding. Based on the minimum bid price on the list, there is a 10% discount. Properties that are not sold in the 2nd bidding will be included in properties under negotiated sale.
How to get up to 30% discount
Based on Pag-IBIG Circular No. 428, you can get up to 30% discount, based on the payment mode you will choose.
The circular says:
“The minimum bid amount shall be the appraised value of the subject property less 10% discount.”
This means all properties for 2nd auction already has a 10% discount applied to the price.
In addition to the 10% discount, choosing the following payment modes can get additional discounts as follows:
- Cash: 20% Discount
- Short-Term Installment: 10% Discount
Take note, Long-Term Installment will have no discount.

Hindi napo ako nag u-update ng listings ng Pag-IBIG. YOu will have to go to Pag-IBIG’s website (https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/OnlinePublicAuction/) and search for your target property to check if available pa, or tawag na lang po kayo sa Pag-IBIG.
As of March 2026, meron na po ulit Pag-IBIG listings. Search niyo lang yung database sa https://www.foreclosurephilippines.com/classifieds
