NHMFC Housing Fair 2019: 453 foreclosed properties available for sale via sealed bidding
NHMFC Housing Fair slated on May 27-31, 2019 (Makati) and October 7-11, 2019 (Davao City). 453 foreclosed properties from all over the Philippines are available for sale via sealed bidding.

A total of 453 foreclosed properties from NHMFC (National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation) are being offered for sale in their first housing fair on May 27-31, 2019. These foreclosed properties from all over the Philippines are for sale via sealed bidding. Details below.

NHMFC Housing Fair 2019 details

First housing fair – The first of two housing fairs shall be from May 27, 2019 (Monday) to May 31, 2019 (Friday), with venue at the 5th Floor, Filomena Bldg., III, Amorsolo St. Legaspi Village, Makati City, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Just like previous housing fairs, I believe this will be a good venue for a lot of interested buyers to get all the details they need in one location, for the foreclosed properties they are thinking of buying. You can also ask questions directly from NHMFC during the housing fair.

By the way, keep in mind that the actual deadline for the submission of sealed bids is on June 28, 2019 (more details below). This should give interested parties more time to conduct proper due diligence.

To learn the basics of doing proper due diligence, please refer to my article: 31 Questions You Need To Ask Before Buying A Foreclosed Property (As part of due diligence)

Before attending the housing fair, I highly suggest that you already go over the complete list of foreclosed properties, and come up with a shortlist. This should allow you to focus on getting the details for the properties you want, when you attend the housing fair.

A copy of the complete list of foreclosed properties from the NHMFC can be found below.

Second Housing Fair – The second housing fair shall be on October 7-11, 2019. Venue shall be at Room 1-H Anda, Office Coroprate Center, F. Inigo Street, Davao City.

(Note: I’m quite sure that there will be another list of properties for the second housing fair, and I’ll update this when more details become available)
