A total of 365 NHMFC foreclosed properties from all over the Philippines are available for sale in their second housing fair for 2019, on October 7-11. The included foreclosed properties from the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) are for sale through sealed bidding. Details below.

NHMFC Housing Fair 2019 (Davao City) details

Their second housing fair will be on October 7-11, 2019. Venue shall be at Room 1-H Anda, Office Coroprate Center, F. Inigo Street, Davao City.

Just like previous housing fairs, I believe this will be a good venue for interested buyers to get foreclosed property details in one location. You can also ask questions directly from NHMFC during the housing fair.

By the way, according to the updated list of foreclosed properties released by NHMFC, the deadline for the submission of sealed bids is at 5:00 PM on November 13, 2019 at NHMFC Head office, and also at 5:00 PM on November 14, 2019 at NHMFC Davao Satellite Office (complete address can be seen below).

This should give more than enough time for interested buyers to do proper due diligence.

To learn the basics of doing proper due diligence, please refer to my article: 31 Questions You Need To Ask Before Buying A Foreclosed Property (As part of due diligence)

Before attending the housing fair, you should have already reviewed the complete list of foreclosed properties, and come up with a shortlist. This should help you to focus on getting the details for the properties you want, when you attend the housing fair.
