- As of January 20, 2026:
- Additional 753 properties from NHMFC Special Project Development (SPD) were added to my foreclosed real estate database. However, these properties do not include pictures.
- In total, there are 872 foreclosed properties in the latest listings from NHMFC.
- As of January 13, 2026, a total of 119 foreclosed properties from NHMFC’s Acquired Assets Department (AAD) were added to my foreclosed real estate database
- All these properties are available at up to 45% discount.

Search from over 40,000 Foreclosed Properties in the Philippines
To quickly search for available foreclosed properties FROM MULTIPLE BANKS/GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS in your preferred location/ village/ subdivision etc., use our Foreclosed Properties Search or FPS tool below (includes other banks/government institutions in our database).
Step-by-step instructions:
- Search by typing keywords This can include the subdivision, village, condo, property source, and/or location(s), etc. and click “Search”. For example, to only include properties from BFS, include the keyword “bfs”. To include properties in BF Resort Las Pinas, type “bf resort las pinas”.
- Use “Advanced Search” to choose preferred price range, lot/floor areas (if data is available), and also to exclude those classified as occupied/no possession.
- If you want to view all listings regardless of the source, then don’t enter any keywords related to the property source. Example, if you want to find and compare ALL foreclosed properties then do not use the “bfs” keyword when searching from my example above, and then you will find ALL properties in our database, not just those from BFS.
