Giveaway: The Ultimate Guide to Property Investing Guidebook (February 14, 2015)

I was sorting stuff at home and found an extra copy of the MoneySense Ultimate Guide to Property Investing guidebook. This is an unclaimed copy from our last giveaway years ago, and since I still get a lot of messages asking where they can get a copy, I decided to raffle this off to one lucky subscriber on February 14, 2014. Think of this as our Valentines day gift. Giveaway details below. 

Giveaway rules

Here’s a short version of the giveaway rules (the complete official rules can be found at the bottom of the giveaway page):

1. Only e-mail subscribers of  ForeclosurePhilippines.com can join and win. If you are not yet a subscriber, you can do so through this link: Subscribe to ForeclosurePhilippines.com. (It’s 100% free!).
2. Current subscribers can proceed to the next step and submit an entry (yes, you still have to submit your entry to be included in the raffle draw).
3. New subscribers can join through the link below, AFTER subscribing.
4. After joining, you must confirm your entry by following instructions in the confirmation email that you will receive.
5. Only confirmed entries and current subscribers are eligible to win.
6. Only one (1) winner will be randomly picked on February 14, 2015, 12 noon, PST. Winner will be announced the next day. The prize will be shipped for free to the winner’s address within the Philippines.
7. You can earn three (3) more entries with each friend that you refer that joins this giveaway.

Note: to learn more about the Money Sense Ultimate Guide to Property Investing guidebook, you can check out the contents here: The Ultimate Guide to Property Investing by MoneySense is out! If you manage to find a copy in bookstores, this would cost Php250.00. But in terms of what you will learn, it is priceless in my opinion. That’s a big if because I don’t think you will find a copy since this was published years ago. Make no mistake, the real estate investing principles inside this guidebook are still very much applicable now, and in the years to come.
