Foreclosed properties to be auctioned by RCBC Savings Bank on December 5, 2009

A public auction of foreclosed properties will be conducted by RCBC Savings Bank in their latest Dream Buys Auction which shall be held on December 5, 2009, 9:00AM, at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, Philippines.

Foreclosed properties can be acquired for as little as 20% downpayment, with a maximum of 10 years financing term for the balance, at an annual interest rate of 12% fixed for the first 5 years. At these payment terms, a buyer will only have to pay Php1,435.00 per month for every Php100,000.00 amount financed. Lets say your winning bid for a foreclosed property was Php1M, your monthly amortization will be Php14,350.00.
