Asiatrust foreclosed properties list as of November 2010

I just got hold of this list of Asiatrust foreclosed properties for sale updated as of November 2010. Actually, this was forwarded to me by my wife, and I just got permission from Ms. Jane Asuncion of Asiatrust Bank to post the list here.

This list contains foreclosed properties that are for negotiated sale from Metro Manila, CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal), Central Luzon, Northern Luzon, and Mindanao.

Payment terms

According to an ad that was recently published in the Manila Bulletin, Asiatrust Bank foreclosed properties can be purchased with only 20% downpayment, at 12% interest rate, and with up to 10 years to pay. The same should apply to this list as most of the properties in that ad are also on the list of foreclosed properties below.
