Here’s the latest batch of real estate service practitioners which includes real estate consultants, real estate appraisers, and real estate brokers,  whose registration without examination were approved by the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES). This was recently released through the PRC website.

Here’s one more auction of PNB foreclosed properties which will be held on April 7, 2011, Thursday, 2:00pm, at the Filipiniana Hotel, Filipiniana complex, Brgy. Sto. Nino, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. This auction includes foreclosed properties from Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, and Occidental Mindoro.

UnionBank invites all interested bidders to attend the 167th Special Public Auction of UnionBank foreclosed properties on April 16, 2011, Saturday, 9:00am. Public auctions will be held simultaneously at different venues and includes foreclosed properties from the Visayas and Mindanao areas.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has just released the room assignments for the upcoming Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination on March 27, 2011.  The list contains 189 pages and more than 3,000 aspiring real estate brokers.

The PNB Special Assets Management Group shall be having a foreclosed property auction on March 24, 2011, Thursday, 2:00pm, at the La Parilla Hotel, Zulueta corner Melencio Street, Cabanatuan City, Philippines. The foreclosed properties for sale are from the Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga areas.

A big number of RCBC Savings Bank foreclosed properties will be up for grabs in their latest Dream Buys Auction which will be this April 9, 2011, Saturday, 9:00am, at the 2nd floor Star Mall Edsa corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. The foreclosed properties for sale are from the Metro Manila and Luzon areas.

As mentioned in my post about Philmay foreclosed properties from the  Metro Manila and Luzon areas, here is the second part which contains Visayas and Mindanao foreclosed properties. Actually, a number of foreclosed properties from the Luzon area are also included in the following listings. These are also updated as of February 28, 2011.

The 166th Special Public Auction of UnionBank foreclosed properties will be on March 26, 2011, Saturday, 9:00am, at the 29th Floor UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines. The auction starts promptly at 9:00am so interested bidders are reminded to come earlier to have more than enough time to register.

At last, here are updated listings of foreclosed properties from Philmay Properties Inc. (PPI). This is actually only the first of two parts and this batch contains foreclosed properties located in the Metro Manila and Luzon areas and include PPI’s foreclosed properties and ROPOA. Visayas and Mindanao foreclosed properties are to follow.

Do you really wan’t to know the bad side of real estate investing? Although I believe it’s not a good idea to focus on the bad because we attract more of what we focus on, we should still be aware of the risks  in order to be able to effectively avoid or manage them.
