Quick tip:

If you will notice, there are properties that have an asterisk(*). I learned that these may have arrears (Home owner association dues, utilities, etc.) and these are now for the account of the buyer. Don’t forget to confirm this for any property you might be interested in. Anyway, one should always confirm these before buying any property, whether foreclosed or not, as part of due diligence.

    • Hello Mr. Cruz,

This is Frederick Salcedo from Property Partners. The prices you mentioned are the floor prices (or minimum bid prices) for the properties you mentioned. If you come to the auction and bid for the same (and if no one else challenges you for it) you may buy the properties at the prices indicated. If there are other bidders the price will slowly go up until a winning bidder is determined. I encourage you to call us at 556-0910 or 403-6100. Look for either Ruth, Bel or Tess for more details. The auction is this Saturday I look forward to seeing you there. Thank you for your inquiry.

    • Hi Jay and Kingvince,

This is Frederick Salcedo of Property Partners, auction managers for the June 26 auction. I have been informed late today that buyers of properties with arrears shall NO longer be required by RCBC Savings to shoulder the same. This will be paid by the bank up to the point of sale. As for the show money of Php 25,000, this is still required by the bank from bidders wishing to attend – either in the form of cash or manager’s check. If a prospective buyer wins at auction, it will be used to form part of the down-payment for the property won. If they are not so fortunate to win, it shall be returned immediately after the auction proceedings. Anyone interested to join may call or visit us in the nos. specified in the ad. Keep up with the good work Jay. I’m an avid fan of this website.
