The minimum bid prices for the prime properties for sale range from Php6M to Php95M, and the listing includes various types of properties from Greater Manila Area(GMA), Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

STAR reserves the right to reject any all bids, to waive any formality therein, and to accept the bid as may be considered most advantageous to the company. The decision of STAR shall be final and binding.

Titles of properties are either under Seller’s name or under various stages of consolidation in the Seller’s name. Interested parties are therefore advised to check the title, the physical and legal condition of the property. Property details are subject to change without prior notice. The Seller reserves the right to pull-out any property anytime.
