UnionBank will be having their 161st special public auction of foreclosed properties on November 27, 2010, at Conference Room No. 3, 28th floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.

As usual with UnionBank auctions, only 10% downpayment is required and buyers can avail of payment terms of up to 15 years to pay. The ad also says “NO CREDIT CHECKING”!
