More than 200 PDIC foreclosed properties included in another auction slated on September 4, 2017

Less than a week after their August 31, 2017 auction, the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) shall conduct another public sealed bidding of foreclosed properties from PDIC and closed banks on September 4, 2017. More than 200 foreclosed properties are included and they also have a generator set and a couple of repossessed cars on the list. Details can be found below.

As per Invitation To Bid, sealed bids shall be accepted at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – San Fernando Branch, Greenfields Subdivision, Mac Arthur Highway, Sindalan, San Fernando City, Pampanga

Sealed bids shall only be accepted from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

The list includes properties from the following locations:

  • Bataan
  • Benguet
  • Bulacan
  • La Union
  • Nueva Ecija
  • Pampanga
  • Pangasinan
  • Tarlac
  • Zambales

These foreclosed properties included in the listings below are for sale “for CASH” and “as-is, where-is” basis, so make sure that you have done your due diligence before submitting your bid(s).
