As promised, here is the auction listing for UnionBank foreclosed properties from the Visayas and Mindanao areas. UnionBank’s 214th Special Public Auction of foreclosed properties will be held simultaneously on March 29, 2014, Saturday, 9:00am, at Cebu and Bacolod venues.
A total of 79 foreclosed properties are on the auction listing, majority of which are from Cebu and Bacolod. Properties from Iloilo, Zamboanga, Cagayan De Oro City, and Davao City, are also on the list.
“New Items”
Just like their auction listing for their 215th Special Public Action (Metro Manila/Luzon/Amalfi), this list for VisMin areas also has “New Items”, although they are quite few. If you are interested in attending, the auction venues are below. Just make sure you have done your due diligence.
Auction Venues
For the Cebu City Auction, the venue will be the Cebu Country Club, Banilad.
For the Bacolod City Auction, the venue will be the Business Inn, Lacson Street.

Jay, I am looking to see if there is or has been a foreclosure on a large piece of agricultural land in Disakan, Zaboanga. My wife’s mother took a loan out against it 4 years ago and has not re-paid it. I am interested in purchasing it.
