Auction of 407 Pag-IBIG Foreclosed Properties in Cavite, NCR, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, slated on December 20, 2016

Here’s an early heads-up for the next public auction of Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties. Pag-IBIG NCR will conduct another “sealed public auction” on December 20, 2016. Details below.

Sealed bids shall only be received from 9:00am to 11:00am at the the office of the Acquired Assets Management, 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City.

This public auction includes 407 properties from Cavite, Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas and Bulacan areas.

  1. hi sir jay, thanks po sa help nyo, last november po ay nagfile ang asawa ko ng housing loan thru acquired asset. after almost 6mos na pagfollow up ay nagtext na po sila na approved na po ang loan at kelangan nyang magpunta sa pagibig para sa noa requirements at sa babayarang incidental expenses amounting to P4,587.40. habang di pa po kami nakakapunta ng pagibig, tanong ko lang sir jay, kelangan po bang bayaran namin agad ang incidental expenses? or meron po bang option na bayaran na lang namin sya within a month?

    • Hi Ms. Cha, congrats! Regarding sa payment ng incidental expenses, sorry pero hindi ko alam kung kelan deadline. Patawag na lang po sa Pag-IBIG. Salamat!

  2. Hello po Sir Jay. Kung halimbawa po may gusto akong bilhin sa Pag-ibig na foreclosed property, as part of due diligence, kailangan ko po bang magrequest pa ng permission sa Pag-ibig to secure a copy of title from Register of Deeds? Thank you po.

    • Hi Marie, depende sa location ng property. Sa ibang RD kasi strict na sila at required na ang authorization from the seller, for example: Quezon City. Balita ko Tagaytaydin strict.

      Pero dapat willing si Pag-IBIG magbigay ng authorization so dapat walang problema.

      • Salamat po sa reply at sorry po ulit kung nagpaulit-ulit ang question ko sa iba’t ibang page, after ko kasing magcomment, kapag binalikan ko yung web page hindi ko makita yung comment ko, ngayon naintindihan ko na po.
        Anyway, kung yung auction details po ng Pag-ibig kung saan ko nakita yung property ay sa Mandaluyong pa ang address, pwede po kaya na sa ibang branch ng Pag-ibig pumunta at humingi ng authorization letter, e.g. Calamba branch? Nag-email po kasi ako ng inquiry sa Pag-ibig at ilang beses na ring nagtry na tawagan ung tel no. na nakalagay sa bidding instruction nila, pero unsuccessful po ako, kaya naisip ko baka mas mabuting puntahan na lng ng personal sa malapit na branch.
