Asiatrust foreclosed properties for sale

Asiatrust recently came out with this listing of foreclosed properties for sale. Only 20% Downpayment is required with the balance payable through financing at fixed interest rates, and up to 10 years to pay. As far as I know, these properties are for negotiated sale.

The foreclosed properties for sale are from the Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central and Northern Luzon, and Mindanao areas.
