This is just a quick update, I have just added 271 foreclosed properties from 2 Philippine Banks, with a total selling price of over Php1.15 Billion, in our foreclosed properties database.
We now have a total of 3,767 foreclosed properties in our database with an aggregate selling price of over Php 16.9 Billion, and we are continuously adding and updating our listings…

I am still in database programmer/admin mode
By the way, I am still in database programmer/admin mode right now. This is something I need to focus on as no one else can do this at the moment. This means I have very little time for things other than developing the database…
