This is just a quick update, I have just added 271 foreclosed properties from 2 Philippine Banks, with a total selling price of over Php1.15 Billion, in our foreclosed properties database.

We now have a total of 3,767 foreclosed properties in our database with an aggregate selling price of over Php 16.9 Billion, and we are continuously adding and updating our listings…

Reminders when inquiring about a foreclosed property

If you are seriously interested in any of the properties in our database, kindly fill-out the respective inquiry form which can be found below the property details, and fill it out as completely and as accurately as possible. Our broker partners will give you a call afterwards. Thank you!

I am still in database programmer/admin mode

By the way, I am still in database programmer/admin mode right now. This is something I need to focus on as no one else can do this at the moment. This means I have very little time for things other than developing the database…

Anyway, we already have broker partners who are ready to help you all with your inquiries, just make sure you fill-out the respective inquiry forms as stated above (we are keeping things under wraps at the moment but we will reveal more details about this soon)…

To be continued…
