The 228th Special Public Auction of Unionbank will be held on January 31, 2015, Saturday, at the 28th Flr. UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Ave. cor. Onyx Rd., Ortigas Ctr. Pasig City.
Just like past auctions, UnionBank will have two auctions on the same day. The first will be for foreclosed properties from Metro Manila/Luzon, and then the second auction follows for the brand new AMALFI house and lots which follows immediately after the Luzon/Metro Manila properties.
Bidders are expected to have done proper due diligence prior to the auction, and are reminded to come early to have enough time to register and fill-out all required forms.
