- Cebu City: Cebu Country Club
- Bacolod City: Business Inn, Lacson Street
- Cagayan De Oro City: The VIP Hotel, Don Apolinar Velez Street
Interested bidders only need to bring Php20,000 show money in the form of cash or manager’s check to qualify to bid, per property.
Payment terms
For installment sales, Unionbank offers the following payment terms:
| Downpayment: | ONLY 10% DP (6 months to pay, zero-interest) |
| Interest: | Only 11% per annum (fixed for 15 years) |
| Term: | 15 years (maximum) thru in-house guaranteed financing |
Note: Unionbank offers 5% discount for cash sales

Hi Jay! Im an ofw in singapore . I’m a newbie and i’m studying real estate investing.
I have a question regarding union bank Term: 15 years (maximum) thru in-house guaranteed financing.
Is this like a mortgage where it needs a lot of requirements or this is the contract-to-sell?
Im right now finding things about financing when i purchase on auction as i will be jobless and will not be qualified to apply mortgages if i return to the philippines for good.

For Unionbank, they use a contract-to-sell, no need to qualify for a loan. You just need to submit post-dated checks.
