Great job on the article! I’ll be attending this auction and also will be at the TRQ Cebu 🙂 my first overseas auction and seminar 🙂

I was wondering if you could email me a copy of a typical contract used to purchase condos here in the Philippines.

      Good day!

If you are interested in real estate investing (in UnionBank we call it “ASSET Investing”, you can start doing so by simply inquiring from the list of properties of UnionBank. Then select at least one property and call us for the bidding rules.

You can contact me and I will assist you on this.

      Thank you!!!

    • Hi Angeli, sorry for the late reply. Thanks for the comment! The only advice I can probably give for now is for you to find your own niche, an area where you can become an expert, so that in due time, you will spot a good deal fast. Focus on that area and be an and you will surely know a good deal when you see one.

Don’t forget to conduct your due diligence BEFORE bidding for a property. Goodluck!
