For those who are not yet enrolled in a review center for the August 30, 2015 Real Estate Appraiser Exam, Urban Institute will be conducting a Real Estate Appraiser Review from July 3 to August 5, 2015. The schedule will be on weekdays from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, except for one review day, July 19, which will be on a Sunday and the schedule will be from 1:15 pm to 6:45 pm.
As far as I know, this is the only review with a weekday schedule and this is the review which will start the latest at July 3. All other review centers have either started already or will be starting already this June.
Those who are working or living in or near the Makati area will appreciate this schedule as the venue will be at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center, Legaspi Village, Makati.
Those who keep weekends sacred and reserved for family, and those who have weekend viewings or client trippings will also appreciate the schedule.
And of course, those who have reviewed for the Real Estate Brokers’ Exam with Urban Institute will already be “at home” with the venue and speakers.
