What a coincidence! In a recent post, I mentioned that a friend of mine (who I also consider as a mentor) invited me to speak at the Home and Modern Living Expo 2012. Now, I just found a link to his video inside Larry Gamboa’s e-mail invitation to the next Think Rich Pinoy Seminar. I believe a lot of you out there will find the video interesting, so I’m sharing it here.
In the video, he talks about just some of what he considers as success factors in implementing his real estate investing strategy (He invests in rental properties). It’s basically about having the right mindset for entrepreneurship, the wisdom of finding your niche location, and a little bit of the importance of marketing (sorry it got cut).
