Public Bidding of 1,308 Pag-IBIG Foreclosed Properties in Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Tarlac slated on April 17, 2015

A public bidding for a total of 1,308 Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties in Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Tarlac shall be conducted on April 17, 2015, by the Pag-IBIG Fund Committee on Disposition of Acquired Assets.

Venue will be Room 11, 2/Flr. Suburbia Commercial Center, Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Please refer to the complete listings, invitation to bid,  instructions to bidders, and offer to bid form below. 


I noticed that they have grouped the properties in two, one with discount, one without, both of which are for sealed bidding on the same day, April 17, 2015. A total of 712 foreclosed properties are with discount, while 596 are without.
