    Hi Jay! Based on your experience or know how, usually how long it takes to have a reply from Buenamano after submitting OTP.

    1. Hi Patrick, with Buena Mano, if an offer is at least equal to the indicative price, and no other offers are ahead it, the fastest approval I have encountered is 3 days.

      Other offers that are included in the queue on a “first come first served” basis would take time however to get processed because even if there is already an approved offer ahead of it, they will remain on queue, just in case the approved offer does not push through for whatever reasons. This can take a lot of time because those who have approved offers are given several days or weeks to submit requirements and pay the earnest money, and have their loan application processed, if any. Processing of the rest of the offers are put on hold.

      An offer that is below the indicative price on the catalog however will not be included in the “first come first served” queue and will not be processed at all, if there is an existing offer that is at least equal to the indicative price on the catalog.

      By the way, I called and confirmed that there is already an approved offer for the property you are interested in. ๐Ÿ™

  7. Here’s a quick update, property V-001 which consists of a 2-Story 11-door apartment in Valenzuela already has an approved offer. I will update the list above accordingly.
