The first auction for 2014 of UnionBank foreclosed properties will be held on January 25, 2014. This includes properties from the Metro Manila and Luzon Areas, which also includes the brand new House and lots in Amalfi, Dasmarinas Cavite.
The auction venue will be at the Function Room 1, 28th Floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City Philippines.
Auction proper starts promptly at 9:00am, so please come early to have ample time to register and fill-out all necessary forms for bidders.
Just like past auctions, the first part will be for the Metro Manila and Luzon Properties, while the second part will be for the Amalfi House and lots.
