197th UnionBank Foreclosed Properties Auction Slated On February 23, 2013

February is turning out to be a very busy month when it comes to foreclosed property auctions, as UnionBank will be having their 197th Special Public Auction on February 23, 2013, Saturday, 9:00am, at the Function Room No. 1, 28th Floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Ave. cor. Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.

This auction includes properties from the Luzon, Metro Manila, and the brand new AMALFI house and lots located in Dasmarinas Cavite.

Auction proper starts at exactly 9:00am, so bidders are reminded to come early to register.

Note: This UnionBank auction will be on the same time and day of the 44th RCBC Properties Auction and the Dream Buys Auction of RCBC Savings Bank.

Auction terms

UnionBank still offers very affordable payment terms as follows:

• Cash purchases will get a 5% discount (terms and conditions apply)!
• Installment terms are as follows:

 
*Still no credit checking for residential properties!

Interested bidders only need to bring Php20,000 show money in the form of cash or manager’s checks (MC) per property.
