Just recently received this list of Sterling Bank foreclosed properties that are for negotiated sale from Resnel Laquindanum of the Acquired Assets Management Department of Sterling Bank of Asia. As usual, these are offered on an “As is where is” basis.
If you will notice, the properties included in this list are the same six properties that were offered for sale through sealed bidding Last December 1, 2011.
This time around however, these properties are now for negotiated sale. Yes, prices are now negotiable.
