    • Hi Renildo,

I have just talked to the person-in-charge and this property is still available.

Once I get all the details, I will forward them to you through email.

You may purchase this property by submitting an offer, no need to go through an auction.

Yes, you may purchase this directly from the bank, but please acknowledge me as the one who referred you so the sale can be credited to me in case you push through with the purchase (*this is at no additional cost to you).

I will also contact you directly through email. Thanks!

    • Good morning sir Reaculala! I just want to clarify if you were referring to the following property in San Pedro:

      Prop 77 – Residential Lot
      Lot Area 241sqm
lot 6 Block 1 Phase 3, The Pines South Peak Subdivision, San Antonio Minimum bid price: Php873,000.00

If this is the property you are referring to, I have just made a quick check and the bank officer told me this is free of any impediments. I will be sending you more property details through e-mail. Thanks for the inquiry!
