The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation or PDIC shall conduct 3 public biddings for their various foreclosed properties and also from closed banks this February 2018. Get more details for each bidding below.

As usual, all foreclosed properties included in the listings below are for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis. So if you are interested in any of the properties, make sure you conduct your due diligence prior to attending the public bidding (refer to disclosures included in the listings). Here are the bidding invitations with listings of foreclosed properties.

Bidding for PDIC foreclosed properties and of various closed banks on February 15, 2018

This will be a public sealed bidding for assets of PDIC/closed banks that will be on February 15, 2018, Thursday, from 9:00am to 1:45pm, at the 9th floor PDIC Training Room, SSS Building, 6782 Ayala Ave., cor. V.A. Rufino St., Makati City.

This includes properties from the following locations:

  • Batangas
  • Bulacan
  • Cavite
  • Ilocos Sur
  • Laguna
  • Metro Manila
  • Misamis Oriental
  • Nueva Ecija
  • Pampanga
  • Rizal

The bidding also includes motor vehicles and generator sets.

Bulk sale of foreclosed properties from Accord Savings Bank on February 19, 2018

The second bidding to be conducted by PDIC will be for the bulk sale of residential lots from Accord Savings Bank that are located in Green Farm Royale Subdivision, Barangay Pulong Bunga, Silang, Cavite.

These residential lots are covered by 438 TCT’s and have an aggregate lot area of more than 9.4 hectares (94,514 sqm)

The third bidding will be held at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – Davao Regional Office Quirino Avenue, Davao City, and bids will be accepted from 9:00am to 1:45pm.
