Pag-IBIG shall sell another set of foreclosed properties in Cebu, via “Sealed Public Auction”, through its Loans Management and Recovery Department, Cebu Hub, on September 25, 2017. A total of 65 foreclosed house and lots/vacant lots are included in their second Cebu auction for September 2017. Details below.
The Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties from Cebu are from subdivisions in the following locations:
- Compostela
- Consolacion
- Danao
- Lapu-Lapu
- Liloan
- Mandaue
- Minglanilla
- Talisay
Sealed bids shall be accepted from 10am to 1:00pm at the 5th Floor, Conference Room No. 2, Pag-IBIG FUND – WT Corporate Tower, Mindanao Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.
