May sindikato dyan sa loob ng BFS. They filter all properties with arrears and they will pressure you to settle it tapos iipitin ka nila para ma foreclosed then may mga insider na silang contact na binayaran na ang property mo. Maraming kawatan dyan sa loob ng BFS.

2. Under “Select Province” scroll down and click on “Batangas”
3. Choose “Lipa City” in “Select Municipality”
