DBP foreclosed properties for sealed bidding on June 13, 2011

Acquired assets of The Development Bank of the Philippines or DBP are for sale through sealed bidding on June 13, 2011, Monday, at 1:30pm, at the Tanghalang Julian Felipe, Penthouse, DBP Head Office, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue cor. Makati Avenue, Makati City.

Yes, the deadline for the submission of sealed bids for these DBP foreclosed properties is today. This one fell through the cracks, so to speak. I apologize for not posting this earlier.

Anyway, these foreclosed properties are for sale on cash basis, so there is a big possibility that there will be properties left unsold. Just contact DBP directly throught the contact details on the list below, which covers Albay, Bulacan, Eastern Samar, Isabela, La Union, Leyte, Misamis Oriental, Negros Occidental, Northern Samar, Pangasinaan,

This list was also printed in the Philippine Star last May 30, and May 31, 2011.

I tried to access DBP’s list of acquired assets on their website at http://www.dbp.ph/assets.php but as of today, it seems there is a problem when I try clicking on the list of properties available for sale.

Reminders

Don’t forget to contact DBP directly through their contact details as indicated on the list of foreclosed properties above. These DBP foreclosed properties/acquired assets are for sale on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” and also on “CASH BASIS”

Happy hunting!

  1. sir jay can i ask if can we still buy back our property from dbp? if this property still in thier name? Do we still have a chance? My mother used it as an collateral for only 4500 way back 1972. I dont know if the right process of foreclosure is done. Because as my mother told when she is still alive, that military personnel force us to vacate our residence.
