  1. Hi, Mr. Ronald!

    Good day!

We put “NO CREDIT CHECKING” in our flyers and advertisements because we REALLY do not conducted one.

All of the terms are fully disclosed and we are sure that we mean what is written in our ads.

We want to invite you to our Special Public Auction for you to know more about our properties. Just contact me at 637-1445 or 667-6388 local 8362 if you have further clarification and if you need my assistance.

Thank you and happy ASSET Investing!

Interesting. In the advert, they actually say “No Credit Checking”. Do they really do that or is that just an marketing gimmick?
