I want to buy a property in this auction and it is already owned by the auctioner himself. I asked his staff if its possible to get this property for 10 percent down only, the rest in installment. The problem is according to the staff, this is only available in cash only becuase the previous owner still occupies the place. how am i going to deal with this situation? i have enough money for down payment and for all the necessary renovation. thanks in advance.
