As far as I know, for properties that are still occupied by the former owner, ejection along with all expenses associated with it shall be for the account of the new buyer. This usually means the new buyer will have to file an ejectment case, or pursue the ejectment case if it has already been filed by the bank. As I have often mentioned in the past, ejectment cases may drag on indefinitely which is why I would recommend beginning real estate investors to avoid such properties.
