Star's South Luzon and Mindanao foreclosed properties auction slated on May 19, 2011

As a follow-up to the Metro Manila and North Luzon auctions, here’s the South Luzon and Mindanao auctions that are to be held simultaneously on May 19, 2011, Thursday. The South Luzon auction venue will be Max’s Restaurant, Tagaytay City, while the Mindanao auction venue will be Royal Mandaya Hotel, Davao City. Registration starts at 9:00am, and the auction proper follows at 10:00am at both venues.

The “fine print”

Show money in the form of MANAGER’S CHECK OR CASH in the amount of Php 10,000 (where selling price is below Php 500,000), MANAGER’S CHECK ONLY in the amount of Php 50,000 (where selling price is between Php 500,000 to Php 999,999) and Php 100,000 (where selling price is Php 1,000,000 and above) per property payable to STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT ROPOAS, INC.
