Pag-IBIG Cebu to sell 60 Foreclosed Properties via Sealed Public Auction on September 11, 2017

Pag-IBIG shall sell foreclosed properties in Cebu, via “Sealed Public Auction”, through its Loans Management and Recovery Department, Cebu Hub, on September 11, 2017. A total of 60 foreclosed house and lots/vacant lots are included in the auction. Details below.

Sorry for the short notice. I only saw the auction announcement after I published Pag-IBIG’s Calamba auction.

The Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties from Cebu are from the following locations:

• Lapu-Lapu
• Mandaue
• Consolacion
• Compostela
• Danao
• Cebu City
• Talisay City
• Minglanilla

Sealed bids shall be accepted from 10am to 1:00pm at the 5th Floor, Conference Room No. 2, Pag-IBIG FUND – WT Corporate Tower, Mindanao Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.
