I am here in Saudi Arabia presently, and I’m trying to inquire about the property I had mentioned in my previous post. This is from Montalban: price is 650000.00, 210 sqm.
Is this property still available? If it is, what about the documentations, is it already from the bank or still from the owner? I will going home probably on July or September, can you wait for me that long so that I can see the property personally? Is there anyway you can send me the map or the exact location. Is it presently occupied or vacant?

Hi Jay,
I found one MVSM BANK foreclosed property in Montalban with a price of 650,000.00, 210 sqm. with an almost unfinished structure I am interested on this property. Is this property still available? Who is the person should I contact to regarding this property? May I also please know if this property is a GREEN or YELLOW TAG? Did the bank will sell it on a cash basis scheme, if so for how long with Zero interest?
