Foreclosed Properties For Sale: STAR Properties Inc. Fiesta Bonanza Part 1

Last Updated on June 6, 2009 by Jay Castillo | Filed under: - One Comment

I stumbled upon the Fiesta Bonanza Part 1 listing of foreclosed properties from STAR Properties Inc. which I am posting here for everyone’s reference. This is not an auction which means the foreclosed properties on the list are for negotiated sale. According to the ad, One can get up to 50% off on selected properties for cash basis and this Promo is up to July 30, 2009 only. I really can’t tell which properties on the listing are at 50% off so I can only suggest that you call them up using the contact information on the ad to get more information.

Similar to other foreclosed properties for sale, all properties on this listing are offered on an “As-is, Where-is” basis.

Titles of properties are either under the seller’s name or under various stages of consolidation in the Seller’s name. Interested parties are advised to check the title, and the physical and legal condition of the property you may be interested in. Property details, prices, and terms are subject to change without prior notice. The Seller reserves the right to pull-out any property anytime. Changes in prices are subject to the sole discretion of the Seller.

Foreclosed properties for sale are from Las Pinas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Paranaque, Pasig, Quezon City, Rizal, Valenzuela, Batangas, Bulacan, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Quezon Province, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Cavite, Isabella, Laguna, Lucena, Nueva Viscaya, Tarlac, Zambales, Iloilo, Cebu, Cotabato, Davao, and General Santos.
