The much awaited Buena Mano Catalogs for the second quarter of 2013 are now available! The first to be featured is the Q2-2013 Greater Metro Manila Area (GMMA) catalog of bank acquired assets. We have just finished creating a soft-copy which can either be viewed online, or downloaded for offline reading.
Note: The Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and Red tag catalogs will be uploaded next.
The GMMA catalog for this quarter still contains both green tag and yellow tag properties, located all over the Metro Manila area, and has more than 50 pages. As always, the properties are color coded for easy identification.
It also has “new” properties.
Here’s something new, the catalog now indicates which properties in the catalog are “new”.
No, these are not necessarily “brand new” properties. They are simply new entries that were not present in previous catalogs, just like the “new” apartment below (based on the floor area and number of bedrooms, I believe this is a multi-door apartment), which has been tagged as “new” (see the upper left corner of the picture).
