Hi Jay,
Is it possible to purchase a foreclosed property without paying upfront? What I mean is… Is it possible to just continue to the monthly amortization or is there anything that I have to pay in cash?

I’m from Australia but have been working over here in the Philippines for nearly a year. I’ve started with just basic financial education from rich dad poor dad and cash-flow games but found it difficult to find information on finding real estate deals and numbers…. Until I came across your blog.
Since then I’ve been reading your blog and I’ve been inspecting properties, doing the numbers and putting offers in. It’s been a really exciting and educational experience for me. I’m hoping to land my first positive cash-flow deal by 1st March.
I also just landed in Cebu just for the think rich quick cebu seminar tomorrow morning. Too bad you cant make it mate.
