Get up to 30% discount on RCBC Savings Bank’s REgalo Real Estate Sale on November 26, 2011

According to the auction flyer, real estate buyers can get up to 30%* discount (Please see note below) in the upcoming REgalo Real Estate Sale of RCBC Savings Bank. Foreclosed real estate properties will be sold through an open public auction which will be on November 26, 2011, 9:00am, at the 6th Floor, Development Academy of the Philippines Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, Philippines.

Furthermore, the RCBC Savings Bank foreclosed properties can be purchased for as low as 10% downpayment, with the balance payable in 10 years, at a fixed interest rate, as indicated on the flyer.

Here’s more good news, they will be giving an additional 3% discount for cash sales!

*Note – I believe the flyer only means that there are properties on the list that are priced up to 30% below market value. Buyers should confirm this as part of due diligence.

Show money is Php25,000.00 per property in the form of cash or manager’s check.

Since this is a public auction, bidding starts at the minimum bid price as indicated on the listing below.

    • Hi Edith, sorry for the late reply at ngayon ko lang ito nabasa. For public auctions, hindi po pwede mag bid below the minimum bid price. Yun po and beginning bid sa auction.

    • Hi Romeo, that property has an asterisk which means it has special concerns (it might be occupied and/or has legal impediments). Nevertheless, I will ask the account officer for some pictures for you.

  8. Do you mean to say we can offer 30% lower than the indicative prices?

I am presently out of the country and I am interested in two properties. I will select only one after seeing some pics. Can you provide me with some pictures?

    • Hi Tony,

I believe what the auction announcement wants to convey is that there are properties on the list that can be purchased at about 30% below current market values. Of course, one needs to check if this is true as part of one’s due diligence. Since this is a public auction, the bidding will start at the minimum bid price as indicated on the listing.

With regards to pictures of properties you are interested in, may I please know which properties you are referring to? If they are in Las Pinas, providing pictures would be no problem. If not, I will coordinate with the bank. I will also check how you can bid even though you are abroad.

      Thanks!

        • Hi Tony,

We were able to locate Property 275 and take pictures but the caretaker was not there so we only have pictures of the front of the house. Please see above.

Property 263 has an asterisk which means it might be occupied and/or has legal impediments. I will get more info by tomorrow for you.

    • Hi Marissa, yes they will conduct a credit investigation for winning bidders. This means that even though one has won on their bid(s), he/she must still pass the credit investigation.
