More than One Hundred Forty (140) properties are up for grabs in the 200th UnionBank foreclosed properties auction to be held this coming April 27, 2013, Saturday, 9;00am, at the 28th Floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.
Just like past auctions, they will be having two auctions in one, with the first auction featuring foreclosed properties from Luzon and Metro Manila, while the second auction will be for the brand new AMALFI house and lots located in Dasmarinas Cavite.
By the way, we have been unable to attend the last two auctions of UnionBank because it coincides with the auction of RCBC Savings Bank, and I believe this auction will be no different.
We’ll see which auction we will attend.

is the lot in stateland subd. blk.19-lot3 still available ,also blk. 1- lot 145 in green breeze subd. in biclatan still available, if not are there other lots of the same area and amount per sq.m also in the same locations.thanks and GOD bless.
