The 185th UnionBank foreclosed properties auction has been slated on May 26, 2012 (Saturday), 9:00am, at 29th Floor, UnionBank, Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.

If you will notice, this is the same date and venue where the 21 brand new house and lots located inside Crown Asia’s Almalfi Subdivision, Dasmarinas Cavite, shall also be for sale through public auction!

Interested bidders only need to bring Php 20,000 show money in the form of cash or manager’s check to qualify to bid per property.

Don’t forget to do your due diligence as these foreclosed properties are for sale on an “as is where is” basis.

UnionBank is offering a 5% discount on cash sales, and very affordable credit terms, as follows:

Downpayment: ONLY 10% DP (6 months to pay, zero-interest)
Interest: Only 11% per annum (fixed for 15 years)
Term: 15 years (maximum) thru in-house guaranteed financing
